Many EB-5 investments are made through designated Regional Centers, entities approved by the USCIS to promote economic growth in specific areas. Investments made through Regional Centers allow investors to satisfy the job creation requirement through indirect job creation calculations, making it a popular choice among EB-5 investors.
TEAs are areas that have high unemployment rates or are rural. Investments made in TEAs qualify for the lower investment threshold of USD 800,000.
Permanent Residency: Successful US EB-5 visa applicants and their qualifying family members receive conditional permanent residency in the United States.
No Sponsorship Required: US EB-5 visa investors do not need employer sponsorship or family relationships to qualify.
Path to Citizenship: After maintaining conditional residency status for two years and meeting all requirements, investors and their families can apply for permanent residency.
Education and Healthcare: Access to education and healthcare benefits similar to those U.S. citizens enjoy.
