He played a crucial role in reengineering Henley & Partner’s global business development strategy, overseeing a significant portion of the company’s fee-earning headcount across regions from South Africa to Israel and the USA to Hong Kong. Nirbhay graduated from the University of Nottingham on an academic scholarship.
Lee is the Co-Founder at Multipolitan. Previously, Lee co-founded Paidy, a Japanese payment network that reached unicorn status. Paidy counted prestigious shareholders like Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Visa, and Fidelity before being acquired by PayPal for USD 2.7 billion in 2021. Prior to Paidy, Lee founded Wavecell, later acquired by 8×8 in 2019 for USD 125 million. Lee is also the visionary behind EmergentX, a venture dedicated to leveraging blockchain technology for global financial revolution. He believes in using technology to propel civilization forward.
Sandeep is the COO at Multipolitan. Sandeep began his career at Accenture and Infosys in the UK. A successful venture builder, Sandeep founded a climate tech business, raising capital from institutions like the Asian Development Bank. Sandeep also served as Global South Asia Head at Henley & Partners. He graduated with honors from Bangalore University and earned his Master’s at the University of Lancaster as a Fulbright scholar. Sandeep is also an avid marathon runner.
Georgina is the Partner for International Real Estate Services at Multipolitan in the UAE. Georgina currently heads Origin Private Office, Kay & Burton’s Asia Pacific Arm. Formerly leading Knight Frank’s U.S. residential developments with Douglas Elliman, she advises clients on acquiring assets in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. Georgina’s background includes work at the Berkeley Group in London. She relocated from London to Singapore in 2016 and now resides in Dubai, covering APAC, MENA, and European markets. Georgina is an avid marathon runner.
Tiffany is the Partner for North Asia at Multipolitan. Tiffany brings over a decade of banking experience, including roles as a cluster head at RHB and a branch manager at Bank of China. Tiffany holds a degree in Economics and European Studies from the National University of Singapore. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing golf and exploring new destinations, reflecting her passion for travel and personal growth.
Abhishek is the Partner for the Middle East at Multipolitan. Formerly with Henley & Partners, he spearheaded the South Asia business and spent over a decade at Deutsche Bank managing high-net-worth families. Abhishek advocates for alternative residence as a crucial wealth planning tool. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and the Asian Institute of Management. Abhishek is also a trained pianist.
Aishwarya is the Partner for Oceania & Australia at Multipolitan. She is a Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority and a qualified Solicitor at the Supreme Court of Queensland. Aishwarya assists clients in navigating the complex area of migration law and bureaucracy associated with liaising/communicating with the Department of Home Affairs for various visa application types. She studied law at the University of Queensland.
Jamie is the Partner for Tax Services at Multipolitan. Jamie has 25 years of experience in Wealth and Family Advisory, with 12 years spent in Asia working at Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and UBS, among others. Jamie’s clientele consists of international families with members worldwide. He places a strong emphasis on collaboration with tax & legal advisors, debt advisory specialists, and property advisors to meet his client’s diverse needs.
Himani is an Associate Partner for Global South Asia business at Multipolitan. Based in Singapore, Himani collaborates closely with private banks, independent asset managers, law firms and family offices. Prior to this role, Himani worked with a multi-family office affiliate and swiss private client advisory firm advising clients on international mobility solutions.
Xin Yun Tan serves as the Chief of Staff at Multipolitan, providing comprehensive cross-functional support to the CEO across operations, marketing, and finance. Previously, Xin Yun held client-facing roles at Henley & Partners and a USD 1.5 billion multi-family office affiliate. Xin Yun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from RMIT University. Beyond work, Xin Yun pursues spiritual studies encompassing Western and Eastern divination, along with energy healing practices.
