10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multipolitan Pte. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, any misconduct or illegal activity on your part, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
These limitations apply even if the stated remedies fail their essential purpose.
11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its prevailing rules. The governing law shall be Singapore law, and the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, with a single arbitrator who possesses relevant legal and technological expertise. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 15 days, SIAC will appoint one.
Each party shall bear its own costs in arbitration, except that administrative fees shall be shared equally. Nothing in this Agreement prevents Multipolitan Pte. Ltd. from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
12. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms and may notify users of material changes by posting updates on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
