Over the past decade, we’ve seen a dramatic shift in how wealth is perceived—shifting from solely financial prowess to a more holistic understanding of success. In this article, I’ll explore the growing relevance of mental well-being among the wealthy and how improving their mental health can significantly enhance performance, longevity, and happiness.
